Overview
India represents one of the most diverse and rapidly growing digital markets, with unique challenges in language, currency, and accessibility. My work focused on bridging these gaps to empower 1.6 billion users to engage with the Apple Store App effectively.Role: Senior UX Designer

Key Features in Production
While respecting confidentiality, here’s what I can share about the project’s public-facing outcomes:- Currency Adaptation: Implemented seamless currency conversion and localized pricing structures, ensuring users could easily view prices and make purchases in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Inclusive Payment Integration: Introduced regional payment systems, including UPI and cash-on-delivery options, to reflect local purchasing behaviors.
- Feature Workaround for Regional Limitations: Developed creative solutions to work around certain features unavailable in India, ensuring a smooth user experience despite these limitations. This included optimizing for region-specific content and aligning with local regulations.

- Expanded access to the Apple Store App for 1.6 billion users in India.
- Strengthened Apple’s presence in one of the most important emerging markets.
